The whole flat has three bedrooms in total, plus a spacious living room and a real dining table, balcony, utility room, bathroom, kitchen.

Smoking only on the balcony or inside your room
Not a huge party flat, but of course we’re up for the occasional dinner, drinks, music jam or game night
Keep common areas tidy, pay rent on time, treat the place like home

Kerem – 31 years old maritime lawyer (ask me anything about the sea)

International student, expat or digital nomad (23-35ish) looking for a calm base
