Located at the gates of Paris in Ivry sur Seine, this large 280m² house is ideally located a few steps from the 13th arrondissement of Paris and close to all amenities. The house is composed of 11 rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a gym, a laundry room, three shower rooms with toilets and two separate toilets spread over three floors and a basement. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. The living room has two sofas, a large dining table with chairs, storage space and a large television. The basement is divided into two areas: a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers and a gym with a weight bench, two bikes and a rowing machine.
Each room is eligible for APL under CAF conditions.
Ivry-sur-Seine is located in the south-east of Paris. The Louis-Bertrand district is a continuation of the Petit-Ivry district, bordering Paris and bounded by the railway tracks.
