My historic 1925 Bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood. Library, park, drugstore, restaurants are all a walkable 10 minutes. A few more blocks and you can be on the edge of the magnificent St Johns River! The front bedroom is fully furnished and has it's own bathroom and smart tv. Entrance to guest bedroom is right off the front door of the living room! Shared spaces are Living Room which has a gas fireplace, Dining Room with a great view of the side garden, and Kitchen that opens out onto a back deck and landscaped yard, both with seating. Out there, you may encounter my shy ginger cat, Flynn, the only other occupant.
