Brotes Verdes is a one acre finca, it is very much a full time home, not a business. It is set in an exclusive area ( La Jara ) which is on the outskirts of Sanlucar de Barrameda.
The beach, cafes, shops and other amenities are all nearby.
The most prominent sounds here are the cockrels crowing, birds tweeting, horses neighing and on occasion dogs barking.
Use of a washing machine is available at an extra cost.
There is a swimming pool on site but i havent yet got it up and running.
Parking is free and readily accessible on-site.
The Wifi is good as is mobile coverage.
This is a rustic farmhouse, ideal for relaxing, connecting with nature and simply enjoying the surroundings.
This is a large room, suitable for up to four adults without children or pets.
