We will be available for any questions or queries that may arise. Pets are not allowed, parties or events are not allowed. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected, especially when moving through common areas.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
