The landlord accepts and payment is made

Apartment description

THE APARTMENT
1.5 room apartment with a big balcony in a quiet and calm neighbourhood in Østerbro. You come into a small entryway, before you enter the big main (living) room of the apartment.

There is a sizeable bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and lots of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, and of course, plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is a separate bedroom with a bed and lots of storage for clothing.

The apartment is fully furnished, with a couch, coffee table, desk/dining table, a TV with a Chromecast, 2 dressers, extra chairs, towels, and bed linens. Please note that the apartment has been recently painted since the pictures were taken, and the furniture placement may differ slightly from the pictures.

There are excellent shared washing facilities on site.

THE SURROUNDINGS

There is a communal yard with grass, seating areas, and a small playground for children, as well as communal basement storage for bikes etc.

The apartment has an amazing location with parks, the beach, public transport, and supermarkets all within close reach. It's an 8 min walk both to a big and beautiful park (Fælledparken), as well as to the metro stop Vibenshus Runddel, which will take you straight into the center of Copenhagen in 7 min.

Other public transportation options include bus stops just around the corner, a 5 min walk away for the more popular buses, as well as two s-trains: Svanemøllen station a 15 min walk away, and Ryparken a 10 min walk away.

There are 6 supermarkets available close by, the furthest one being an 8 min walk away. There is a gym right across the street, a coffee shop beside that, as well as a pharmacy 5 mins walk away. There are usually bikes around for rent from various companies (such as Donkey, Lime and more), and it will take about a 15 min bike ride to get you into the heart of the city center.

Smoking is prohibited.

The rent of 9,700 kr includes water, and then the bills of 500 for electricity, heating, and internet come on top of that.

Payment process:
- To confirm the booking, one month’s rent is paid via HousingAnywhere. This amount is used as prepayment for your last month.
- After booking confirmation, you will sign the rental contract and pay the security deposit.
- The first month’s rent is due at move-in.
