• Standard Contract: To ensure full transparency and mutual protection, a standard Danish rental contract (Typeformular A, 10th edition) will be provided. All terms, deposits, and notice periods strictly adhere to the Danish Rent Act (Lejeloven).
• CPR Registration: Fully available and compliant with local regulations. Registration is straightforward once the rental agreement is finalized.

Bedding & Curtains:
• Hygiene Standards: To keep the room fresh and clean, all bedding is thoroughly washed between guests. Because of occasional updates, the style or color of the linens, pillows, and curtains may differ slightly from what you see in the photos.
