Room description

I’m renting out a room in my apartment in Vestamager, close to Fields, the metro, Royal Arena, and the green areas around Amager Fælled / Kalvebod Fælled. The location is very practical, with easy access to the city, airport, shopping, and nature.

The apartment is best suited for someone calm, tidy, independent, and considerate, who values privacy and a peaceful home environment. This is not a party/social apartment, but a quiet and respectful place to live.

You will have your own private room and share the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. Shared areas should be kept clean, calm, and neutral. Personal audio is not allowed in shared areas, so music, videos, TikTok, podcasts, gaming audio, and speakerphone/video calls should be used with headphones or kept inside the private room with the door closed. Normal conversation and ordinary use of the apartment is of course fine.

I’m looking for someone responsible and respectful, ideally a working professional, serious student, intern, or someone who prefers a calm and private home rather than a loud/social living arrangement.
