Apartment 1 of the "Trend Apartments" accommodation was completely refurbished and modernly furnished in 2021.
The apartment offers enough space for 3 people. On a total of 90 square meters you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday or a business trip. The apartment also has a 50 square meter terrace with direct exit in the living and dining area, which also invites you to linger in summer.
In addition to the well-equipped kitchen with dining table and high-quality kitchen appliances, the newly renovated large bathroom is a place to relax. The bedroom has a large double bed 1.80mx 2m as well as a very large sliding door wardrobe and a TV. In the children's room there is a single bed 0.90mx 2m as well as a wardrobe and a TV. The hall area is very spacious and offers enough storage space for jackets and shoes as well as a large mirror. The apartment is also equipped with electric shutters. So there are no wishes left unfulfilled.

The "Trend Apartments" accommodation is very centrally located to numerous shopping opportunities. The city center of Kaiserslautern can also be reached in a few minutes by car. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area and offers numerous opportunities to relax and forget about everyday life.
