The Brownhardt apartments are perfect for students because there are several colleges close to this location, including the University of Kansas Medical Center (11-minute drive), University of Missouri-Kansas City (8-minute drive), and Park University (20-minute drive).

The Brownhardt is strategically located with convenient access to educational institutions, transportation systems, restaurants, shopping centers, parks, & entertainment facilities. Even though the Safety Index of Kansas City is 41.43 (Numbeo, 2026), there are some popular neighborhoods such as Brookside, Waldo, Westport, & Country Club Plaza.
