Covered south terrace (20 sqm). Separate entrance with code lock to open. Free W-Lan and much more. All additional costs are included in the price. The apartment runs completely sustainable and self-sufficient.

The apartment is located in Karlsruhe-Hohenwettersbach, directly on the field, a quiet residential area approx. 9 km from downtown Karlsruhe, ideal for active leisure activities (hiking, jogging, biking, golfing 1 km away and much more).

The Europapark, Holidaypark, Tripsdrill, the wellness spa Miramar in Weinheim, Therme Sinsheim, Outlet Roppenheim, Heidelberg, Freiburg or Strassburg are all less than 1h away.

Karlsruhe is easy to reach by bus and train (every 20 minutes). The apartment is barrier-free in a two-family house, which was not built until 2014. The roofed terrace of the apartment offers a wonderful view of the large garden, which invites you to linger. Public parking lot can be used.
