Equipped with comfortable single beds (90×200), the rooms are ideal for contractors and business travelers. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, a chair, and a desk. The quiet yet central location offers convenient access to the train station, city center, and nearby companies. Parking is available directly in front of the building, making the accommodation suitable for longer stays as well.

Our property offers functionally and modernly furnished rooms designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The peaceful atmosphere provides optimal relaxation for both short and long-term stays.

Access to the accommodation and individual rooms is convenient and contactless via a key box located directly at each room door. Before arrival, guests receive a personal access code, allowing flexible and independent check-in and check-out without fixed times.

Throughout the entire stay, guests have access to the designated shared areas. The fully equipped shared kitchen can be used at any time for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner and also serves as a common living space. We kindly ask guests to leave the kitchen clean after use. Please note that in some cases, it may happen that it has not been left in proper condition by the previous user.

Please be aware that this is a quietly managed accommodation where we place great importance on order and mutual respect. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or any indoor areas. Pets are only allowed upon prior arrangement.
