Culture enthusiasts will find in the immediate vicinity the unique ZKM (Center for Art and Media) the Kunsthalle, the municipal gallery and much more. Those who are more enthusiastic about fashion and style will also get their money's worth! Only 5 minutes walk separates us from the Postgalerie - a shopping centre with well-known brands like Primark, TK Maxx and Decathlon. You can also reach the larger shopping centre, the ECE-Center (Einkaufszentrum Ettlinger Tor) in just 15 minutes. There you will find many brand-names and selected speciality stores. On Kaiserstrasse and in Karlsruhe's "Fächerstrassen" you will find many beautiful boutiques and owner-operated stores. We have a parking deck with 12 parking spaces and an underground parking garage with about 40 parking spaces. Even though our parking spaces are sufficient in most cases, bottlenecks may occur during trade fairs. Just contact us, we will be happy to help you find a parking space in the area.
