Public transport is available in large numbers right in front of the door and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the city center or to numerous companies in Kassel.
The motorway access can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
The mountain park with the Hercules monument (world cultural heritage) is within walking distance.
For wellness, the large Kurhessentherme with 8 saunas is in the immediate vicinity.
