Apartment description

The unique apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator impresses with its coordinated design and gives guests a quiet and pleasant feeling of living. The apartment offers enough space for up to two adults and one child. It is therefore ideal for couples and small families. Of course, you can also enjoy the cozy apartment on your own. Only high-quality materials were used in the complete renovation of the apartment. Thanks to the integrated underfloor heating, you no longer have to worry about cold feet even in winter. A lot of attention was also paid to the furnishings to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. In the bedroom there is a solid wooden bed 1.40 m wide (suitable for two people), which is equipped with a comfortable mattress. There is also a cozy sofa bed in the living room where you can either sleep or just relax. There is also a large smart TV in the living room, which promises good entertainment for cozy evenings. The kitchen offers you every comfort, whether for a short stay or a longer vacation. With all the necessary electrical appliances (refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine and kettle) you can confidently prepare a delicious meal in your “home”. If you don't feel like it, you can reach the city center on foot in under 10 minutes and can choose from a variety of restaurants and snack bars. The large balcony is perfect for romantic evenings for two in wonderful weather. Last but not least, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a large mirror completes the newly renovated apartment. Of course, WiFi is available to you. You will therefore move into a completely new apartment, which impresses with its unique design.
