In the living room, an armchair and a three-seater sofa that can be converted into a second sleeping place for weekend visitors. TV and Marshall Bluetooth speakers are mobile — you watch from the couch or from the bed, and if you want, you can even take them into the kitchen. If you still need (or want) to work at home, you have the choice between the secretary desk with a comfortable office chair and the dining table in the kitchen — both, of course, with power outlets, including USB-A and USB-C. Fast Wi-Fi with 500 Mbit is available throughout the entire apartment.

Special highlight: your own washer-dryer directly in the apartment, plus iron/steamer and ironing board. And the fully equipped kitchen with two coffee machines — automatic and filter, both with thermos. Induction hob, oven-microwave combo, dishwasher, and oil, salt, and spices are already there. Enough cupboard space for months, not just for a travel bag. Walk-in shower, heated towel rail. On the balcony, two chairs and a side table — enough for morning cappuccino, with a view up and down Bülowstraße.

Parking: Parking space here is not managed, so it's free everywhere, no resident permit needed, and you can almost always find a spot nearby. Bicycles can be stored securely in the basement.

A guest wrote in February: “Missing: nothing." That was also the idea. We ourselves have lived professionally in hotels and holiday apartments for years and therefore know from our own experience what one needs — and what one usually misses after 14 days at the latest.
