The bright, lovingly renovated apartment is located directly on the market square in Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein - a place where history, culture and the Rhineland lifestyle come together. Cobblestones, small cafés, individual stores and the view of Ehrenbreitstein Fortress from the bedroom window make this location special. The Rhine is just a few steps away and is perfect for walking, jogging or cycling - the perfect way to start or end the day.

The apartment - modern, cozy, well thought-out:
It is located on the 4th floor of a charming old building (penultimate floor) - please note: no elevator, which means climbing stairs is required. But there is light, peace and quiet and a beautiful view. Thanks to good insulation, it remains pleasant even in summer - a fan is also available.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and everything you need to cook. A practical wardrobe niche in the entrance area keeps things tidy.

The living and sleeping area has a 160x200 cm bed with a high-quality memory topper, a sofa, a chest of drawers and a desk - ideal for working or planning your next outing. A SmartTV with Netflix access and WiFi are available.
The modern bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hairdryer - ideal for longer stays.
