On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Apartment description

🏡 The apartment: The fully furnished, renovated 38 m² apartment in Cologne-Vingst offers a living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen, and a private bathroom. It is suitable for a single person or a couple and provides sleeping space for up to three people if needed.

🛏️ Sleeping: In the combined living and sleeping room, a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a pull-out couch are available as an additional sleeping option. A wardrobe provides space for clothes and personal belongings.

🍳 Kitchen and coffee: The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, and a microwave. A Nespresso capsule machine is also provided. With the available BRITA water filter, you can filter tap water and save yourself from hauling water bottles.

💻 Internet and working: Wi-Fi is available. The dining table can also be used as a workspace for a laptop and mobile working. Upon request, I can additionally provide a small desk with an office chair.

🚉 Location and transport links: The nearest underground station is about a 5–10 minute walk away. Bus line 153 stops right outside the front door. The A3 and A4 motorways are also easily accessible.

🅿️ Parking: Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets. There is no reserved parking space; availability may vary.

🚭 Smoking: Smoking is only permitted directly by an open window or outside. Please make sure that no smell of smoke remains in the apartment.

👟 Shoes and consideration: Please take off outdoor shoes at the entrance and consideration.

🛠️ Note on the building: Occasional renovation work is still taking place in the building. The apartment itself is completely finished.
