Apartment description

This beautiful, bright apartment is located in the most sought-after residential area of the Agnesviertel. Kasparstraße is a traffic-calmed, one-way street and starts at Sudermann-Platz, the most beautiful neighbourhood square in the Agnesviertel.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the rear building of a quiet apartment building. As a result, it is very peaceful, while windows on both sides of the apartment allow plenty of natural light to flood in.

The apartment is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The photos show the apartment before the remaining work has been completed. At present, the shower screen has not yet been installed, one kitchen front is still missing, as are the oven, table and two chairs.
