Es verfügt über ein neues Queensize Boxspringbett (1,60 x 2m), eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und einem Wasserkocher. Das Bad ist mit einer einer Dusche ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 48,00 pro Woche möglich.

The 25 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. It has a new queensize bed (1,60m x 2m), a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. The bath has a shower. A blow-dryer, towels and linens for the bed are supplied.
A TV and free WiFi are also available.
On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible.
