The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

Die Wohnung liegt in schöner Lage in der Nähe des Medienhafens und ist vom 01.11.2026 bis zum 16.01.2027 verfügbar. Danach werde ich selbst dort einziehen. :)

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und durch die vielen Fenster wunderbar hell. Sie liegt in einer angenehmen Straße und bietet eine tolle Ausgangslage, um schnell am Medienhafen und in der Umgebung zu sein.

Auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Und natürlich darf auch der Kölner Dom nicht fehlen – den erreicht man ebenfalls ganz entspannt zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, sodass du eigentlich direkt einziehen und dich wohlfühlen kannst. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und sämtliches Küchenzubehör stehen zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 1.400 € und beinhaltet bereits alle Kosten – also Strom, Wasser, Internet und GEZ. Die Kaution beträgt 2.000 €.
