Westhoven on the Rhine! The apartment is situated in one of the most popular and prestigious residential complexes in Cologne-Westhoven, in immediate proximity to the Rhine. An expansive recreational area for walks or sports is just 400 metres away. Nature lovers, cyclists and walkers will find everything they need along the Rhine promenade.

The tram line 7 stop is within walking distance. Cologne's trade fair centre and city centre are easily reachable by tram or car in approximately 15–20 minutes, aided by excellent motorway connections to the A59, A3 and A4. Cologne Bonn Airport is reachable within approximately 15 minutes by car.

A self-service supermarket with a comprehensive range is integrated into the complex. A hairdresser and a restaurant are also on site; the Engelshof community centre is just approximately 3 minutes away on foot.
