What you'll need

On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Via the stairs, you reach the open gallery bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed. The bed is freshly made for your arrival! The open-plan layout without a room door gives the space a particularly airy loft feeling.

Living & Dining Area (Ground Floor):
The pull-out sofa bed offers two full sleeping spaces for additional guests. At the fold-out dining table with 4 chairs, you can eat together, work, or wind down the day.

Cooking & Enjoying (Ground Floor):
New kitchenette with refrigerator including freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee capsules are available for your Nespresso machine – as are spices, cooking oil, and sugar for a relaxed start.

Bathroom (Ground Floor):
Separate, newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Fresh towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided – and if you've forgotten something, our emergency box will help you out.

Arrival & Parking:
You amicably share the house entrance with the quiet tenants of the house. Free parking options are available directly on the street.
