Room description

This spacious semi-detached house of approximately 155 m2 is available fully furnished for a fixed term of six to twelve months. It sits in one of the quietest and greenest residential areas in the south of Cologne. If you are relocating to Cologne or Bonn and want a finished home rather than an empty apartment, this is exactly that.

The house is equipped so that you do not need to buy anything. The kitchen is fully fitted, including appliances, tableware and cookware. Beds, wardrobes and desks are in place. All you really need to bring is clothing, personal belongings and your own toiletries.

Ground floor: a generous hallway with a separate cloakroom, an open fitted kitchen with a terrace door onto the paved side terrace, flowing into the dining and living area. The dining area has been extended by a glazed section whose sliding elements open completely. The living room has a fireplace. There is also a guest toilet.

Upper floor: three well-proportioned rooms. The large main bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and air conditioning, a bright room works as a child's room, guest room or study, and the third has an integrated bathing area with a bathtub. A separate shower room completes the floor.

Basement: a large, bright room with daylight, currently used as an office, plus a laundry and drying room and generous storage.

Outside: a well-kept garden with a large terrace, an open double carport with two covered parking spaces and a charging point for electric vehicles, and a lit garden shed with tools, a lawnmower and a workbench.

Particularly convenient for international families: St. George's, The British International School, is a few minutes away on Husarenstrasse. Everyday shopping is available in Rodenkirchen and Rondorf, and the A 555 motorway gives quick access to central Cologne and Bonn.

We agree how the rooms are used before the tenancy begins, and minor adjustments to the furnishing are possible by arrangement.
