The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Modern, furnished flat share room on famous High Street/Hohe Strasse - 350m walking distance to the cathedral/main station/subway lines. High-quality furnished rooms with boxspring bed with storage space, sliding-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, TV, Internet, hallway, new, fully equipped retro-style kitchen, Bosch stove, retro style refrigerator. New bathroom with tiles, shower cubicle; toilet, sink, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron ironing board (on request). These two rooms together are 25 square meters. They are connected and separated by a glass door. The second room includes a sofa bed. A door with a separate door lock to the hallway ensures privacy. The listed price is for ONE PERSON, however if you want to rent the two rooms for TWO persons the surcharge is €249 per month for the second person.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT HOUSINGANYWHERE IS AN ONLINE BOOKING PLATFORM. THEREFORE EXCHANGING CONTACT DETAILS AND OFFERING VIEWINGS IS NOT POSSIBLE.
