The Apartment: I am renting out my entire home temporarily: a bright 32-sqm apartment in an old Ehrenfeld building with high ceilings, large windows, and herringbone parquet flooring. The apartment is fully furnished and completely equipped – you truly only need a suitcase. There is a cozy living room with a large corduroy sofa, TV, and a desk area (ideal for home office), a separate bedroom with a double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe in the hallway, a fitted kitchen with an oven and coffee machine, as well as a modern shower room with a walk-in shower. Dishes, bed linen, and all household items are available. Washer-dryer available in the basement, no private cellar room.
The Location: Ehrenfeld hardly gets any better: The KVB tram stop Leyendeckerstraße (lines 3 and 4) is a one-minute walk away – in approx. 10 minutes you'll be at Friesenplatz, in 15 in the city center. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and drugstores are right around the corner, plus the entire Ehrenfeld mix of cafes, pubs, Venloer Straße, and Herkulesberg right on your doorstep.
