Apartment description

Premium 28 m² apartment located at Stańczyka 8C in Kraków, in a modern residential building completed in 2022.

The apartment has a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate sleeping area divided from the living space by a wall and an elegant openwork partition. The sleeping area features a large queen-size double bed and a spacious sliding-door wardrobe. The living room also has a comfortable sofa bed.

There is a dining and working area with a table and two chairs, making it convenient both for working or studying from home and for everyday meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. A quiet washing machine is also available in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a modern Samsung Smart TV with a high-quality display.

The apartment is centrally heated and stays pleasantly warm during winter.

The apartment has a private east-facing loggia with a small table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Thanks to the high-floor location, the apartment offers a beautiful panoramic view of Kraków, including Wawel Castle and St. Mary's Basilica. On clear days, looking towards the south, you can also see the Tatra Mountains. The east-facing exposure also offers beautiful sunrise views.

The apartment is quiet, as it faces the residential courtyard rather than the main road.

The building has two lifts and a monitoring system. There are bicycle spaces in front of the building and in the underground garage. There is also a small residential parking area, although spaces are usually occupied. The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space. The building also has an underground garage and an electric vehicle charging point.

The location is very convenient for everyday life and public transport. The Wesele tram stop and Zarzecze bus stop are both approximately a 5-minute walk away. Bronowice SKA railway station is also nearby, providing a convenient connection to Kraków Airport, which can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by train.

Right next to the building there are Żabka and Biedronka supermarkets, as well as a restaurant, bakery and pharmacy. A gym and tennis court are also located in the neighbouring building.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but smoking is permitted on the loggia. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is available for a minimum rental period of 3 months.

Monthly rent: €800, including bills.
Security deposit: €800 (equivalent to one months' rent).
