The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

This is an apartment of 3 bedrooms located in a historical building with view on the Old Town. There is an air conditioning system in each bedroom of the apartment. There are 2 extra sofa-beds available upon request.

The apartment can host from 3 to 5 people. There are 2 beds per bedroom. Each bedroom is fully furnished.

There are many kinds of appliances in the flat like the kettle, boiler, iron, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave and much more.
There are hangers, a rack for clothes and an iron board.
Each bedroom is furnished with curtains, lamps, wardrobes, beds, desks and chairs.
There is a table with chairs in the living space.

The WiFi internet service with a good speed is for free.

The price above in the advertisement is for the entire apartment (monthly rent).

Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the the city center, really close to the main market square Rynek.
The place is just few seconds walk from the old town and 1 minute walk from the famous shopping mall Galeria Krakowska.
The tram/bus stop Nowy Kleparz is just few seconds walk from the building.

Payment method:
The payments can be in euro or PLN (złoty), cash or bank transfer.
The tenants can choose:
price monthly rent + bills or monthly rent with bills in a reach-out amount (all inclusive).

Additional services:
There is a service of additional bed linen and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.
There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.

The Lessor can help the tenants, upon previous request, with the documentation needed (permanent residence, pesel etc. etc.).

The Lessor can get discounted tickets for students party and city/boat tours of the city.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
