What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

This is a one-bedroom apartment fully furnished located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque streets in Cracow.
The place is made of hallway with a long living are with kitchen annex, private bathroom, big bedroom (sofa and big double bed).
The double bed is comfortable and brand new (160x200 cm).

The bills are not included in the monthly rent.

BILLS and UTILITIES, payments:
The tenants can choose the following options:

- monthly price all inclusive (CAP for all utilities), this option is good for periods up to 6 months;

- for a longer period of lease the tenants can pay all utilities and bills upon consumption, based on meters and documentation (a down-payment for the bills to be paid upon upon arrival, this amount shall be returned to the tenants with the last settlements).

There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

There are the following appliances and devices in the apartment:
vacuum cleaner (upon request, see regulation)
hairdryer (upon previous request, see regulation)
TV (upon request, see regulation)
washing machine
fridge and freezer
oven
microwave
kitchen tools, cutlery
kettle, water boiler

Standard check-in and check-out is free of charge on working-days (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 to 17:00.
Outside these days and hours, the Lessor may apply a small one-time service fee. Please contact the Lessor to arrange the check-in or check-out.
All check-in/check-out requests must be agreed in advance with the Lessor or property manager.
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
