I am renting a single room in a large apartment of 70 m2, located in Krakow, Ruczaj, ul. Piltza 44a :) 3rd floor with an elevator and a nice view of the surroundings. New block from 2019.

The apartment is furnished to a nice standard. It consists of 5 single rooms, 2 bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet) and a kitchenette.

- about 5 minutes to the Czerwone Maki tram terminus from which trams and buses run towards the Jagiellonian University campus (2 stops) and directly to the market square
- approx. 7 minutes on foot to corporations such as Shell, Motorola, Nokia
- 3 min walk to the Atut shopping center, where there is, among others: Lidl and many other stores
- 2 min walk to Biedronka
- 1 minute walk to Żabka, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby
