Our Twin Room is located in dormitory at Wita Stwosza Street. We offer a 24 m2 room, which consists of:

· Living room with a 2 comfortable beds, 2 desks and big wardrobe,

· Private bathroom with shower,

· Kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge.

Additionally, we provide:

· Super fast Internet included in the price of accommodation,

The price of accommodation includes:

· 11-month rental (October 2025 - August 2026);

· Free access to common areas 24/7;

· High-speed Internet;

· Cost of utility consumption;

· Security (we provide CCTV monitoring and 24-hour security in the building);

· Technician service (we provide repairs of all faults);

· Our support during the signing of the contract and throughout the entire period of accommodation

· Full support of Community Manager, who will take care of the integration program.

*A one-time administrative fee of PLN 300 is charged when booking.
*The rental price stated in the listing is in PLN. The approximate amount 456 EUR is provided for reference and may vary depending on the exchange rate on the payment day. The payout to us will be made in EUR. If the received amount differs from the listed price due to currency conversion, it will be reflected on the upcoming invoice, and any necessary adjustment (additional payment or refund) will be processed accordingly.
Payment information: Rent is charged on a monthly basis. If the rental period ends during the month, the tenant is responsible for paying the full amount for that month.

The dormitory at Wita Stwosza is very well connected - the Main Railway Station is a 5-minute walk away, and the Old Town can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. There are numerous bus (2 minutes) and tram stops within a 7-minute walk.
