Rental Terms

- MINIMUM stay: 9 months,
- MAXIMUM stay 12 months (12-month agreement preferred). A legal fixed-term rental agreement will be provided
Monthly rent:
- €1,400/month for a 12-month agreement.
- €1,500/month for agreements of 9 to 11 months.
- Utilities advance: €200 per month (electricity, gas and condominium charges), with reconciliation every three months based on actual consumption and documented expenses.
- Security deposit: 1 month rent refundable at the end of the tenancy following inspection of the property.
- Final cleaning fee € 200
- Proof of income, references and suitable guarantees are required.
