SUNNY HOUSE APARTMENT 44 MALTA is located in the capital of Malta, Valletta, more precisely in the part called Ta'xbiex. The apartment is in a small street called Il Knisja, in the old part of the picturesque houses, today less and less preserved, characterized by protruding closed balconies. (Church Street). 100m from the sea where the marina is located. The legendary Valetta fortress can be reached by walking along the sea in 30 minutes. The apartment is actually a House apartment for 6 people, because it extends through the entire restored 3-story house. It can be used all year round. It has two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (on the 1st floor a bathtub and on the 2nd shower), a living room, a business desk, a dining table, a kitchen and a terrace on the 2nd floor. There is a large terrace on the third floor. Each room and living room has a strong air conditioner, which is also used for heating during the winter. In addition to air conditioning, the apartment includes: free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses and cutlery, baking tray, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher with tablets, microwave oven, toaster, water heater, washing machine with washing powder, clothes drying rack, hair dryer, liquid soap, hangers in wardrobes, iron and ironing rack, curtains to darken rooms, etc. Towels and bed linen are available. With an extra charge, our taxi will meet you at the airport and take you to the apartment, where they will show you the entire apartment, make the payment and give you various information.
