Airconditioned rooms in a very central location...we have 4 double airconditioned rooms furnished with nice modern furniture. The location is very central where all hotspots in Malta, be it beaches, historic sites, restaurants, night life and entertainment are close by.. the central location of my rooms makes it a great place for anyone seeking a quiet residential area which is close to all that malta has to offer. Suitable for internships, university students, couples, nomad travellers, solo travellers and as business travellers. Property is situated at first floor level and is served with lift. The pricing is per month however shorter stays for minimum of 7 nights are possible....in that case the price will be adjusted. We are looking forward to welcome you.
The rooms as already mentioned are all airconditioned and can accommodate 2 persons. The kitchen, living room and the two bathrooms are shared. There is also a washing machine.
Notes : the monthly rent is for 1 one person. There is a charge of 15 Euros per night for each additional person.
From May up to end of September minimum stay is 1 month. For the rest of the months minimum stay is 4 nights. Same terms and conditions apply.
