Room description

Looking for a flatmate to share my bright 80m² apartment in Bois-Blancs, a quiet residential neighbourhood of Lille. It's on a high floor with open views over the rooftops and trees, and gets a lot of natural light all day.

The room
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair, and storage (wardrobe, shelves or a chest of drawers depending on the room). It has a large window with a roller shutter and its own heating. You can move in with just your suitcase.

Shared spaces

A spacious, sunny living room with a big corner sofa, a TV and a dining table.
A fully equipped kitchen: gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker and all the basics.
A bathroom
An entrance closet for coats and shoes.

The area
Bois-Blancs is a calm, green neighbourhood along the Deûle river, next to EuraTechnologies. The Bois-Blancs metro station (line 2) takes you to the city centre and the main campuses. It's also a great area for running or cycling along the water.
