The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

Modern, and light studio apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) in a prime location with excellent public transport links. Five minutes away from Place St-François, 10 min. from the City Centre, easy access to metro M2. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances such as a microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, and all utensils. During the day you have a comfy and spacious living area with a sofa, TV, dining table. At night the top of the art sofa-bed (made and designed in Italy) easily converts into a very comfortable bed. There is a modern shower room with sink and WC Included in the building there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine/dryer, free of charge and there is no timetable. Additionally, you have access to a private storage room just outside your apartment.

Neighbourhood description Calm residential neighbourhood. 10min walk to Place St-François (city center). Many charming restaurants can be found within 5min as well. Getting around Street parking (blue spots) is available around the building which is free for an hour during day time and evenings between 8pm-8am Mon-Sat. A covered parking (Mon Repos) is available for a fee and is 200m away. Public transports (bus line #9) are within 200m. Being in the city already you won't require much of it though since everything is walking distance.
