2. This will be offset against your initial rent payment.
All long stay packages are based on a minimum of 28 consecutive nights. A £500 holding fee is due upon booking to secure your apartment. This payment will be deducted from the overall cost of your stay. If you cancel within 48 hours of making your booking, we will refund you your £500 holding fee. However, full payment or termly payment is due on completion of booking. This is non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable if the booking is cancelled.

1. If you opt to pay the full rent upfront, the rent is due two months in advance of your move in date.
2. If you opt to pay by instalments, your 1st rent instalment is due a month in advance of your move in date, then on the 22nd of the month every three months from then.
For example, if your move in date is July 1st then your first rent payment would be due on June 1st, then September 22nd, December 22nd and finally March 22nd.
Please Note: For tenancies less than 12 months of stay, you will have to pay your rent in 3 instalments.

2. If you do not have a UK based guarantor, you may choose to use the services of Housing Hand.
3. International guarantors are not acceptable to the property.
The property will cancel your booking without penalty if your place at University is rejected, subject to the student sending them a copy of the University rejection letter within 48 hours. Cancellations will only be accepted prior to 16th August 2023.
1. You will have to pay a £500 deposit at the point of completing your tenancy application.
2. This is to secure against any damages throughout your tenancy and will be returned to you following the post tenancy inspection.
