Apartment description

A 40 sq m renovated furnished Studio apartment in Leiden is located on the 4th floor in an elevator building in the Vijf Meilaan area, facing the east.
The bathroom has white tiles with a shower and a modern toilet. A large bookcase separates the living room from sleeping area. The sleeping area has a double sized bed and a wardrobe.

The building is conveniently located next the shopping center the “DE LUIFELBAAN” , Albert heijn XL and Lidel supermarket, within 10 minutes biking distance from Leiden Central Station, City center, LUMC and few minutes biking from Lammenschans train Station and Leiden University main Campus. There are two bus stops offering a great public transport to the Leiden city center, central station and the city of the Hague. Also having two car parking in the next to the building it offers a great parking space for your car. In addition, the apartment location offers an ecxcellent access to A4 and A44 highways by car.

The apartment has a radiator warming system, videophone and a storage room. It is suitable for one or two persons, preferably working with at least one year contract in the Netherlands without pets, however students with a proof of financial support would also be considered on individual bases. The monthly renting price is EXCLUDING the utility costs, however it does include the warm water costs to a certain limit. A deposit of one month rent would be required.
