The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Flexible Stay with the Possibility to Extend

We offer an initial rental agreement of 2 months, with the intention of extending the stay if everything goes well.

This approach gives both you and your housemates the opportunity to get to know each other and ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable and pleasant living environment. If both sides are happy after the initial period, we are pleased to extend the rental agreement.

We have chosen this flexible approach because many of our previous tenants appreciated having the opportunity to experience the shared living environment before committing to a longer stay. Unlike long fixed-term contracts that can leave tenants feeling locked in, our arrangement offers greater flexibility while providing the possibility of a longer-term home if it's the right fit for everyone.

*Administrative fee applies; it is 185 euro (one-time fee) and should be paid on arrival along with the deposit.
