Comfortable apartment in central Leipzig with direct view on the St. Peters Church. The apartment is newly furnished und consists of one big room, a kitchen, bathroom, a corridor and balcony.

In the living room there is a double bed with a bedside table, a couch with sleeping function, a coffee table that can be converted into a desk, a wardrobe and a TV, where you are able to connect to the WIFI and watch Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime...

The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator and two ceramic hobs. In addition to the Nespresso machine and kettle, you will find all the important utensils such as dishes, glasses, pots and pans.

In addition to the comfortable and modern rooms with furniture there is a balcony, where you have a direct view on St. Peters Church.

A washing machine is available in the apartment just like parking is possible in the underground car park.
