Das ehemalige Buchdruckerei-Gebäude wurde zu einem loftähnlichen Wohnhaus umgebaut und dabei sehr modern und hochwertig saniert. Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien rekonstruiert und mit einem neuen Eichen-Parkettboden ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung wurde liebevoll gestaltet mit einem Mix aus Industrial Elementen und leichtem skandinavischem Design.
Der 3,60 m hohe Raum ist durch die drei sehr großen Sprossenfenster lichtdurchflutet und gibt genügend Raum zum Entfalten und Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und zwei Ceran-Herdplatten gut ausgestattet. Neben Nespresso-Maschine und Wasserkocher finden sich alle wichtigen Utensilien, wie Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe und Pfanne.
Der 55-Zoll-Fernseher besitzt einen vorinstallierten Netflix-Anschluß, der mit dem schnellen DSL-Anschluß Filme und Serien streamen kann.
Das hauseigene Fitnessstudio hält Sie rund um die Uhr fit und bietet Ihnen den sportlichen Ausgleich zum Alltag. Es befindet sich ebenfalls ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern im Nachbarhaus mit direktem Zugang. The former printing press building has been converted into a loft-like residential building and renovated in a very modern and high-quality way. The light-flooded apartment was reconstructed with high-quality materials and equipped with a new oak parquet floor. The furniture was lovingly designed with a mix of industrial elements and light Scandinavian design.
The 3.60 m high room is flooded with light through the three very large sash bar windows and gives enough space to unfold and feel good. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, microwave and two ceramic hotplates. In addition to the Nespresso machine and kettle, you will find all the important utensils such as crockery, glasses, pots and pans.
The 55-inch TV has a pre-installed Netflix connection, which can stream films and series with the fast DSL connection.
The in-house fitness studio keeps you fit around the clock and offers you a sporty balance to your everyday life. There is also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the neighbouring building with direct access. On request, a car parking space can be rented separately in agreement with the property management.
