Room description

This top-floor apartment features a living room with a kitchen area and a separate bedroom. All rooms have windows with blinds, offering lovely views of the surrounding countryside and plenty of natural light. Ceiling and floor lamps create a pleasant atmosphere in the evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, a four-ring hob, an oven and a microwave. A dining table also doubles as a workspace. An extractor hood is provided, but the apartment’s many windows also allow for good natural ventilation. Crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and cleaning supplies are available.

The living area includes a pull-out sofa bed, a coffee table, a shoe rack, a wooden coat stand and a spacious chest of drawers for clothing. A television sits on the chest of drawers and offers HDMI connectivity for external devices. Fast internet with a speed of 150 Mbps is also available.

The spacious bathroom has a window, a shower and a bathtub. Towels are provided.

The bedroom features a bed that folds into a sofa. Spare bed linen is provided. A small additional storage room is accessible from the bedroom, offering space for suitcases, a broom, a fan, a drying rack and similar items. A spacious private basement storage room is also available if needed.

The apartment includes a private underground parking space—a considerable advantage for tenants with a car, as parking in the area can be difficult to find. Access to the A14 motorway is excellent. From Leipzig Messe station, S-Bahn trains reach Leipzig Central Station in less than 10 minutes.
