Stylish old buliding with stucco and herringbone parquet furnished to a high standard.

The bright and spacious apartment is located on the second floor and conveniently accessible by lift. The apartment was repainted in April 2026. The herringbone parquet, stucco and high walls guarantees a pleasant living atmosphere.
The small balcony allows a great view to the "Völkerschlachts" memorial. A park is right around the corner. Bus and underground are not far away from the apartment house.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard. A convinient box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm, with pocket-springs) and a high-gloss surface sliding-door wardrobe offers high levels of comfort for the bedrooms.

Original décor (two comfortable sofas) and a cozy ambience (white wooden furniture, e.g. table from Marktex) invite you to enjoy an extended stay in the large living room. Cable TV (GigaTV Cable) and high speed internet (Download up to 100 Mbit/s) are available.

Mostly exclusive products for furnishing (kitchen, furniture and domestic appliances) have been used: A high-gloss surface kitchen from Pino with Silgranit sink, modern extractor hood, etc.; new flat-screen TV (Philips), new washing maschine (Siemens), vacuum cleaner (Siemens), Senseo coffee machine (Philips), toasters (WMF), hairdryer (with ionic function), etc.

The LED lighting system in the living room is comfortably dimmable. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and heated towel rails. In April 2026, all bedding and bathroom linens were replaced with brand-new items (new mattress toppers, new duvets, pillows, pillowcases, a new set of high-quality Möwe New Classic towels, etc.). An apartment you really can feel at home.
