Room description

We rent a spacious first floor apartment in a tranquil apartment building for short-term rent. The house is located in a quiet residential area in Leipzig Wiederitzsch. The apartment is fully furnished.

The neighboring buildings are mainly single-family houses, so you can park well directly in front of the house or across the street.

To the next freeway exit of the A14 Leipzig Mitte it is about 4 min by car. The industrial areas in the north of Leipzig with the factories of BMW and Porsche, among others, can be reached in about 10 min by car. The next S-Bahn station is about 7 min. away, the next streetcar stop is about 5 min. and the Neue Messe Leipzig about 10 min. on foot. Shopping facilities (Edeka, Diska) are also within easy walking distance.

The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a small winter garden. If desired, another bedroom can be added in consultation for an additional charge.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with TV (SAT/WLAN). The bedroom is equipped with a large closet and a double bed. In the bathroom you will find an open shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and all other necessary utensils. In the kitchen there is a dining table for 2 people. In the winter garden behind the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the garden and can sit very comfortably.
