The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

They are situated in a quiet residence with a beautiful courtyard garden and BBQ area, offering the perfect combination of peace and coziness. We even provide bicycle storage if you need a place to store your bike!

Our furnished studios are ideally located near the historic city center, train station, shops, restaurants, bars, and museums. Each studio comes equipped with simple furniture, an equipped kitchenette with a fridge, and a private bathroom. If you require more comfort, we offer electrical appliances such as a TV, kettle, microwave, or other household items like cutlery, pots, and pans.

We offer both short-term and long-term stay options, with short-term rates starting from three months. Our long-term rates, starting from twelve months, are also available if you plan on staying longer. Our prices include internet, waste collection, water, electricity, and cleaning of the studio and bathroom. We also provide bed linen change and clean towels, ensuring that you always have a fresh and hygienic living space.

We understand that enjoying your own place is important, and that is why we offer daily permanence from our resident concierge and weekly handyman service, so you can focus on what really matters with peace of mind. The benefits of choosing our studios are plenty; you don't have to buy any furniture, and our great location means you are close to everything you need.

Explenation of pricing:
- The administration cost of 130,00 euro is for the final cleaning and description of the location and preparation of the contract (file costs)
- The other costs of 165,00 euro is for the city taks
