Top maintained & fully furnished 3-room apartment. The bright fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, etc. ready to move in only with a suitcase.

In the spacious office, you will find a desk, shelving, wardrobe, and a sofa bed. The floor covering is carpet.

The shower room with a window is modern and tiled in white/dark brown.
The bathroom is also equipped with a washer-dryer.

In the bedroom, there is a 1.80 x 200 bed and a large revolving door closet. A dresser with a small TV is also available.

The living room is equipped with a modern corner couch, a wardrobe combination with a mini music system, a flat-screen TV 50 inches (satellite TV).

A large dining table with 4 chairs is also located in the living room and offers a beautiful view of the greenery.
The apartment is located in a quiet location in a well-kept 3 apartment unit.

The apartment is designed for two people. The apartment is not suitable for families, but rather for couples or individuals.

WiFi is included in the rent. A cleaning service can be booked in addition. Parking spaces are available in front of the house in sufficient quantity.

In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, supermarkets, parks, and a swimming pool/sauna. The city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
Public transportation (bus) is about 50 meters away.
In front of there, every arriving bus goes to the train station Leverkusen Mitte (S-Bahn, Regionalexpress), or further to the Chempark. From Leverkusen Mitte station, there is an S-Bahn or train every 15 minutes to Cologne (15-20 minutes) or to Düsseldorf (15-30 minutes).
