The landlord accepts and payment is made

LOCALISATION

500 mètres du centre-ville, 100 mètres de tous les bus, 15 minutes à pied de la gare des Guillemins ou 7,8 minutes en bus, proche de divers écoles.

-Accès aux bâtiments par badge, caméras dans l’entrée ;

-Cuisine commune pour 3,4,5 ou 7 personnes (en fonction du logement choisi) av(hidden)ve-vaisselle pour certaines, grand frigo (chacun ses planches), grand congélateur (chacun son tiroir), chacun ses placards, four, micro-onde, petits électros.

-2 grandes et hautes fenêtres dans quasiment chaque logement, côté jardin ou rue-super bien éclairé ;

-Volets électriques ou screens solaires si côté rue ;

-Aspirateurs, nécessaire de nettoyage à disposition ;

-Wifi dans chaque logement et dans les communs +prise Ethernet dans chaque logement (sauf ceux du 12)

-Nettoyage des communs au moins 2 fois par semaine, gestion des poubelles etc.

Atmosphère chouette, agréable et simple!

Les loyers vont varier en fonction de la durée.
Toutes les charges (nettoyage des communs, consommations, taxes de ville, état des lieux, internet, etc)= 45 euros/mois mais sont à payer en une fois à l'arrivée dans les lieux. Il n'y a rien à ajouter d'autre. Tout est inclus.

The kitchen is shared with other students but you will enjoy a private bathroom.
In the kitchen you will have your own space in the fridge, freezer etc. The kitchen is full equiped: toaster, senseo, microwave etc

The landlords do not live in the building but you can contact them 24/7 in case of emergency and during working hours for anything.
Common areas are cleaned twice a week, the building is well maintained, relaxed atmosphere, ideal place to study and make new friends!
Washing machine at your disposal (use is not free of charge).

- Large shared garden with barbecue set.
- Secure door with cameras.
- bedsheets and kitchenware can be hired during your stay.

You will have to pay the bills on top of the rent and this will include electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning of common areas, moving in and out cleaning and all city taxes. This payment will take place when you move in., for the entire period.
