⚡ - Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room 🚿
💰 - Before check-in, the tenant must pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant if there is no damage to the property. 💶

The neighborhood is very lively and vibrant! The area is highly commercial, you'll find stores, boutiques, restaurants, and much more down every block! Within walking distance, you will be able to reach several options for public transportation. Intendente Station and Anjos Station are within walking distance. Bus lines 708, 712, 726, 736, and the night bus 208 will connect you to the other parts of Lisbon. There are even nearby parks where you can hang out with friends and family, and beautiful green areas to enjoy an evening out!
Please keep in mind that you will be required to pay the security deposit directly to the landlord by bank transfer before check-in.
