The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Building description:
This building has eight floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living area with several sofas, a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience, and a dining area furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a co-working space available, equipped with desks and chairs, providing an ideal environment for studying or working remotely.
The building is served by two elevators. Please note, however, that a few steps must be climbed in order to access the elevators.

Room:
This charming room on the third floor is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, and a lamp. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp, and a mirror. In this room, you will find two comfortable single beds measuring 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful and comfortable night's sleep for each guest.

Others:
-This room can accommodate 2 people. If the room is booked by two people together, the monthly rent will be 100€ higher than the advertised price.
- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay. Please note that the kit is charged per bed, not per room. For example, if a room has 2 beds, 2 kits will be charged.
