The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

This bright shared apartment features big windows that fill the space with natural light. The common space includes a TV for relaxing, and the home offers three shared bathrooms for convenience across the 15-room residence.

Situated on Avenida Elias Garcia in central Lisbon, you will find yourself in a lively area surrounded by local cafes, restaurants, and everyday amenities. Metro stations and public transport options are nearby, making commuting across the city simple.

Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request:

✅ YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Utilities (Up to €40/month of water, electricity, gas).
- WiFi.
- Cable TV.
- Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house.
- Maintenance service.
- Telephone service for emergencies.

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in).
+ Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check in).
+ Extra cost of 50€/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons.

📅 MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date.

🕛 CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm.

🌆 OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request)
- Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 €
(Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm).
- Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 € p/month.
- Special cleaning of the room 49.99 € (1 X per week).

🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval).
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.

We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residence Visa!

Check-in is only authorised once the amounts due at check-in have been credited to our bank account.
